An entrepreneur is developing a solar farm that could generate enough electricity to power over 20,000 homes and businesses.
The solar farm, called the “Solar Project 2,” would be constructed on a six-acre site in North Carolina.
The project is part of a $2 billion effort by SolarCity, a company that has developed solar technology for homes and business applications, to install solar panels on private properties.
The new project is located in the Catskill Mountains of New York State, but the project has been in the works for a few years.
The company has been working to build the project on land that is about 40 miles (64 kilometers) south of Syracuse, New York.
The location of the solar farm is ideal, because the land is close to the city’s golf course, which is about 50 miles (80 kilometers) north of the Catskills.
The Catskill is considered one of the most productive parts of the country because of its plentiful crop and mineral resources.
The golf course is located on a stretch of land known as the Ponds, and the golf course’s golf courses are the largest in the country.
The property sits between two mountain ranges and a bay.
SolarCity plans to use the solar energy to generate electricity for the project, which would have a total area of 5,000 acres.
Solar Power 2.0, the company’s first solar project, is scheduled to begin operations in 2018, with a goal of producing enough electricity for 15,000 customers by 2022.
The plant, which will generate enough power to power 20,500 homes, will be built on the site of the golf club, the Catskrills, according to a company press release.

Image: SolarCity/YouTube/SolarCity Solar Power has been using the site for some time, with plans for the solar power plant to be built for about 20 years, SolarCity CEO Rob Enderle said in a statement.
“We believe that the Catsrills is an ideal site for this project because of the proximity to the Cats’ golf course,” he said.
“In addition, the golf site is about 30 miles (50 kilometers) from Syracuse, the area where our initial Solar Project 1 project was constructed.
We also are confident that this site will provide an ideal location for a large-scale solar project.”
The solar power facility will be connected to a grid that can provide power for about 1,000 households, and solar panels will be installed on the property.
The electricity produced by the solar project would be distributed to the utility and used to provide electricity to residents, businesses, and residential buildings.

The Solar Project2.0 project is being built on a 6-acre parcel in the vicinity of the nearby Ponds Golf Course.
The proposed project, located at an elevation of 4,967 feet (1,200 meters), will produce enough power for the community of approximately 2,000 people, SolarEnergy President and CEO Mike Cannon told the Syracuse New York Times.
The Ponds golf course sits about 20 miles (32 kilometers) away from the CatsKills and is located between two mountains and a bayside bay.
The site is just about a three-hour drive from Syracuse’s main airport, which provides access to the golf courses.
The developer is working to install the solar panels as part of an effort to install new solar panels at the Pools golf course and to add solar panels to the site.
According to a release from SolarCity: The Pools Golf Course will be the largest solar energy project in New York City and the largest golf course project in the United States.
The 5,600 acre project will include a large solar array and will be located in a prime location with a large number of properties in the area.
The development will be developed with the support of local communities, and with the goal of generating an average of 15 megawatts (MW) of electricity a year through the construction of a 1,200 acre, solar farm.
The Project 2 project is expected to be complete by 2022, with the first solar power installation scheduled for 2021.
The utility will distribute the electricity generated by the project to customers.
“The Pools will benefit from the solar array, which offers tremendous value for the Pods community, and will also benefit from a substantial investment in energy infrastructure,” Cannon said in the release.
