Updated May 29, 2018 06:01:33When construction on a blue book construction project started earlier this year on a private golf course near Miami, Florida, some residents were surprised to discover that the construction site is a green light.
“There were a lot of folks who were a little bit disappointed to see it going through,” said Jim Gannon, who owns The Red House Golf Course.
“But when it was all finished, it was actually a very smooth process,” Gannon said.
He told the Associated Press that when the blue book was completed, it had “absolutely no negative impacts.”
However, Gannon had some concerns about the safety of the blue-book workers.
“They’re wearing helmets, and they have to wear gloves.
It’s not the first time this has happened,” Gann said.
When Gannon went through the blue print, he found a section about how to avoid dangerous situations.
The blue book is a “work in progress” that will be evaluated and revised based on its safety, according to Gannon.
He said that the work was not a typical blue-water project and there were no major safety issues.
“This is a very unique project that’s going to take time to fully evaluate,” Golan said.
In addition, the green light on the project was given to a new contractor to build the project.
According to Gann, the project will include about 2,200 feet of green space.
The work was also delayed from the start because the new contractor, Dorman Construction, was not able to finish all of the green space planned.
In May 2018, Gann told the Miami Herald that the project is “the largest single green space project in Florida history,” with construction starting this summer.
According the company’s website, Dolan Construction “provides the best-quality, safest and most environmentally-sound construction projects in the world.”
Gannon says that he is confident that the green-book construction will be a success.
“We’re very confident that we’re going to be able to complete the green and safe construction project in time for the 2019 season,” he said.
